This machine can make middle and high content alumina powder transform into the porcelain ball with some density and intensity,and meet the requirement to produce high quanlity porcelain ball.
The porcelain ball forming finished by three steps as follows: distributing powder—pressing—demoulding,this step is finished simultaneously in two turntables with four working location.The turntable rotates with one working location one by one ,the powder is put into the mould which is in distribution of powder working location by distribution hopper.After moving beam meets the mould,oil cylinder with high pressure presses the powder in mould which is in pressing location.At the same time,the ball in the mould which is in demoulding location will be demoulded by Manipulator.So the complete procedure ends.The rotation and location is under the control of servo motor,the system adopts closed-loop control,so precision for location is high and no repeating location accumulation error.
Electric control system adopts PLC with high reliablity and easy maintenance.All working statues can be seen on touch-screen when the press is working.
The machine is characterized by advanced parameters,easy adjustment,high automation,high efficiency.It is an ideal molding equipment for middle and high alumina porcelain ball project.
